Policies 

Untracked shipping will not be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, since the cost is significantly lower. I am not liable for any loss.

With that being said, please contact your local post office (USPS) for any lost package. 

Damaged orders upon arrival (5 days before the order has been delivered) are able to be replaced. Please provide a photo of the damaged product and your order number. 

If you're not able to provide photo, we won't be able to replace the item. 

Lost item for tracked orders, if the tracking number provided presesnts itself as "Delivered" Unfortunately, it is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do. 

Again, please contact your local post office for more information.
